Grain Apart Shipping Policy
At Grain Apart, we bake and produce fresh to order and take great care in ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and related questions.
There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment. All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

• All orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
• We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays to ensure product freshness.

• For perishable items, we recommend expedited shipping to ensure freshness.
• Standard delivery times: 2–5 business days (varies by location).
• Expedited delivery times: 1–2 business days.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your order on the delivery date.
• We are not responsible for products left unattended, delayed due to incorrect addresses, or not collected promptly.

• We currently ship within the continental United States.
• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
